  WE WOULD NEVER GO BACK!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, UNFRIENDLY STAFF, and to be fair your flowers are not that nice ;) My partner and I went to pick up a friend in sonic medial centre and while we waited we decided to go into this flower market, when we got in, we had a look around the shop and then we asked some prices about cotton plants. The staff was highly unfriendly so we decided to leave and not buy anything. As we were walking back to the medical center an employee came out and shout at us in the street "are you using our parking?" to which we replied "no" then she continued asking where were we parking then.. (non of her business). then we pointed at the place our car was parked so she just looked at us and walked back to the store. we would never go back to such place, nor recommend it to anyone. they act like its the finest place in newcastle and they are really far from it.

  Huge range of flowers as well as helpful staff that will help you mix and match flowers of choice. Located at nineways, sometimes difficult to get a park and may be best to walk from a side street, can also organise delivery

  I received a beautiful rose on Valentine's Day to my home. A bunch was also supposed to be delivered to my work. It was incorrectly dropped at the home. Belflora fixed their mistakes and sent a beautiful bunch with flowers to my work. I am very impressed with their customer service.

  Their flowers are always amazing here and today the service I got on the phone was awesome, they helped me pick the right bunch of flowers I was looking for after hearing my story and then helped with a delivery which was out of their time cut offs to ensure someone special got their flowers. I Love Bel Flora. Never use anyone else
