  Great atmosphere and range of books — prices are reasonable, relative to buying a new book (no bargains in comparison to op shop prices, but fair enough, it’s a well-run business and an institution in West End). Can feel a little like you are in an episode of ‘Black Books’ depending on who’s behind the counter ☺️ misanthropic Dylan Moran or hapless Bill Bailey

  Fantastic range of second hand books, reasonable prices and always something good in the cheapie box

  Bent Books has a great and wide selection of books, at really reasonable second hand prices ($5-$15 for most books I looked at, hardback coffee table books closer to $40-$45). They also buy books from the public, so if you give them a call and send through photos of your books they'll let you know which ones they'd like to buy from you. Winner!

  Amazing!! Went in not knowing what I wanted to get and came out with heaps of great books. Books are all second-hand and great quality, I got 9 books for $68. Very cute place and nice environment. Staff are lovely. I would definitely recommend and I will be going again 😊

  Strong selection of books paired with high quality staff advice. They love to read and have deep knowledge into different authors and topics. Its a small store that is bursting at the seams with books.
