::I bought a brand new sprocket from there and asked if they could put it on for me and once they did it they put it on the wrong was and secondly they smack it on with a metal hammer which bend it in a weird way.

::Went in at 4pm, asking for a bike to be customized to my needs before purchase, and after the friendly staff went over several different options, they made the alterations and by 12pm the next day the bike was ready to go. They also offered 15% discount on any stock in store, and first service free. I've been back 4 times since, with a similar experience every time. Definitely worth a look
