  Cosy, neat and spacious. Shower was incredible and really appreciated having a microwave in the room

  My father and I stayed in a twin room due to my mother being in hospital for cardiac surgery. We found faeces underneath the toilet holder and blood on the seat. After we complained the room was apparently cleaned but there was blood still on the seat. We were given a different room and we found hair on the bathroom floor as we also did in the previous room. We were not offered a discount etc. We would have checked out but due to my ill Mum we were between a rock and a hard place. We went to do some laundry and there was a terrible stench at the door going out and there were heaps of old equipment - air conditioners etc stacked up on the balcony - we could see below that there was an area with rubbish everywhere!!!!

  Great place. Received an excellent upgrade. Very friendly reception staff. Clean and very convenient to all services. Recommended.

  房間寬敞舒適，服務人員親切，冷氣還可以自己調整溫度，不用冷的要死的忍耐中央空調，客房居然還有微波爐！這很方便！！而且你也可以帶食材回飯店料理，內有公共廚房，還有投幣式洗衣機，但是沒有烘衣機，房間價格合理，cp值高，就是離市區有點小遠，開車15分
