  The room itself is nice for a motel, the bathroom looks quite new, shower was lovely. We booked the spa and were super disappointed - it was absolutely not clean: - the room and especially the bathroom full of black hair, took me 10 minutes to clean the bath tub - there was as old tissue behind the bedside table (I only saw because I wanted to charge my phone - the ashtray outside was full (we are non smokers) and there was a weird pod that some guest must have put there that hasn’t been moved since then - there was a hair pin next to my bed (not mind, how can you not notice when you vacuum clean?) - we found at least 4 spiders plus some flies stuck on spider web Very very disappointing considering the price of the room, luckily we got a deal otherwise I would have asked for another room.

  Clean, well appointed rooms that seem newly refurbished. large bathrooms. Management was very friendly. Very good for a Best Western.

  Sue was friendly and pleasant and even enquired about the ages of my kids since we were staying 2 nights and was wondering if we would require a full kitchen as the unit we were booked in only had a kitchenette. After a while, she offered a beautiful unit in King Street which had full facilities. The size and the condition of the unit was excellent. Will definitely stay here again if we are in town.
