  Firstly I was charged $30 to $40 a night more then was advertised for the room. And while that I can let go, but they advertise wifi in the room which kept dropping out constantly over the 4 day stay, I don’t expect the internet to be perfect but for the price I was paying per night I expect it to actually work. It go to the point where I had to go out and purchase a Telstra dongle to plug into my computer to be able to access the internet. At $160 a night I expect that I should be able to use it, Then there’s the staff, now when I called and booked I was advised I could do a preauthorise on my credit card and pay on departure which I prefer because I like to make use of the restaurant etc and pay the whole bill on departure, but the person I spoke to told me I could then on check in I was advised that isn’t the case. Now if I had been told that on the phone I would have booked to stay else where. But decided to give the hotel a chance anyway. But I can honestly say I was completely disappointed in my stay and I definitely don’t recommend this hotel. As some one who travels a lot when I’m paying good money for a place I’m staying at I have certain expectations that the staff will be helpful, the internet will work properly and that it will be a welcoming stay but I was disappointed

  Kamarnya bagus, apalagi kamar mandi super ok,udaranya bersih pacility lengkap, 1 yg ga ada sandal hotelnya

  Clean, tidy and contemporary enough to not feel dated. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Eat to find.

  Staff at front desk seemed pleasant. Rooms were neat and clean. Good size. Had a slight problem with the mini bar. But otherwise fine so far.
