  Easily the WORST haircut I've ever received, bar none. I've given myself better haircuts than this. I understand that the students are still learning, but the supervisors did nothing to help fix their mistakes, they seemed like they didn't care at all and just kept telling the student "you're doing fine." Take a look at my pictures, you can clearly see it was not "fine". The hairdressers including the supervisors have no clue how to cut Asian hair, so if you're an Asian guy, I highly recommend you stay away from this place.

  I go here all the time and have never had an issue, takes a little bit longer than a regular hair dresser but its a quarter of the price and you're helping someone get better in their profession - so a win win in my opinion.

  First time at BIBA...Amazing job by Kristen (with input from Michelle, the colour instructor). I loved how she took my very vague description, and gave me exactly the kind of cut and colour I was looking for. Its subtle, and yet it stands out...Have been getting compliments all day...I will be back! Good luck, Kristen, I'm sure some lucky place is going to snap you up.
