  Staff seem inconvenienced by being asked questions, layby is appallingly and takes ages to bring your items out only for them to dump them on the counter, nothing is wrapped anymore so you can see absolutely everything that has been purchased and their toilet is absolutely vile!

  Everything i buy from here seems to break. Got a good selection but its not as cheap as other chains.. meh!!

  Big W is a great shopping experience...the car park has such small spaces it is get hard to fit a long 4WD in ...wish they would think up to date and enlarge the park space

  I love big w. I will always go here. It's never dirty and I've always had amazing customer service when being served but I will never forget the time I went to grab a trolley to go in to the store and a lady screeched at the top of her lungs "WE'RE CLOSING!!". There where still people casually walking around the store inside.
