  Best place in town for lower cost retail goods, but beware of some of the cheap gear, they're cheap because the manufacturer uses inferior parts. Better to by a higher quality item in my opinion, I'm sure the staff will have a recommendation. Staff are willing to help, but customers should consider their own attitude before blasting abuse at staff, most often it's not their fault! Learn Big W's Returns Policy before purchasing, note that it may have changed since you last went there. As when dealing with most retail staff be courteous and friendly to get the best outcome for yourself.

  Big w is very nice they have so many stores in one but they can improve on prices they are too high
