We camped with our 4 year old and hence decided to play it safe by staying at park in close vicinity to the city. Also wanted to have creature comforts incase things go south with our son. Turns out that this camp was perfect for that. Dry well maintained, toilets are sparkling clean, kitchen is perfect and there are way too many barbie pits(which the clean to sparkling chrome everyday). Even with 80% spots filled we didn’t feel cramped. The beach is the biggest bonus. I strongly recommend to have site closer too the beach. The ocean will keep you company all the night. A must do: Walk from Emu beach to Middleton Beach.

We grabbed a quiet caravan pad at the back. New toilet block is the best I've seen. Green grass, friendly staff, nice little playgrounds, really sheltered from sea winds, right on bike path. Recommend!

Great deals for Big 4 members. Inexpensive for powered sites. Beautiful well maintained park. Friendly and helpful staff. 5 minute drive to city centre. Ocean front park. Clean amenities. Great camp kitchen and bbq area. Great park for kids.

We had a wonderful stay in one of the cabins at this lovely caravan a park, it was great, the park is clean and the staff very friendly, the cabin was perfect and had all we needed. It is very close -a ten minute stroll to Emu Point Cafe, close to a great bike/walking path that leads one way straight to Middleton Beach and the other to the cafe and lovely swimming beaches safe for everyone. Lots of birds also, especially pelicans . The park has good facilities for children with jumping pillow, a lovely rec room with pool table and table tennis table and tv, a mini golf course and a climbing and slide area as well. Would really recommend this for a stay in Albany

Exceptional park. Modern and clean facilities. Park was full but did not feel cramped. Lots of kids having fun. Camp kitchen was amazing ... more like a resort, colourful and well equipped. Van sites were generous and well laid out. Close to foreshore.
