  Love Bikram. Going to Bikram means less doctors' visits to me. Spacious room. Clean and tidy.

  At 05.20 pm you tell me that yin yoga is at 6pm, so run home to get my clothes and get back in time. At 05.45pm I am back and the door is closed after I've ran 1.5km back and forth. That is disappointing

  I've been attending the studio on and off for many years. It has evolved a great deal, from a once somewhat sterile business to a more community orientated home away from home. The teachers are fantastic, each adding their own unique perspectives which I've come to really appreciate. For the most part I've been my own worst enemy throughout life, but in this facility found the perfect training to take the fight (to said enemy), calm my mind, and truly challenge my physical limitations. For a male once strongly influenced by stereotypical, testosterone fueled weight training and combat related disciplines, yoga has forced a much needed reassessment of what constitutes true strength/health. In my view, it balances out, complements and improves upon all other forms of training.

  Love the Hot Pilates. It's a great all body work out that is fun and varied. Teachers are friendly, helpful, and really get you through the session. Can't recommend enough.

  Great yoga studio. Room is fantastically hot on a cold winters day.
