  I loved this studio. My home studio is in Bozeman Montana and I usually use local studios when I'm traveling, this is one of the best. I felt the instructors were excellent, they offered a reasonable use program for travelers and their recently remodeled diggs were spotlessly clean, bright and accommodating. One of my favorite studios.

  I disagree with some of the 1 star ratings. This is an excellent studio that does have the best intentions for each and every student, and is very clean and tidy and well looked after. All teachers are warm and friendly. I highly recommend this studio for anyone interested in trying out Bikram Yoga. I would recommend researching about the yoga prior to starting so you understand what it will be like and that you do adhere to a standard of practice. At no time have I felt pushed in to doing something I don’t feel comfortable doing.

  I've been practising Yoga for over 7 years now, including practising 3 of those years in the hipster green-smoothy drinking Melbourne. I believe that this studio is one of, if not the best Hot Yoga studios in Brisbane. The carpet is always clean, as well as the bathroom facilities. Great range of instructors, humble and accommodating. For those wishing to give Bikram a go, or are a regular yogi; this is your studio!

  Enjoyed two fantastic classes here with Benn and Sasha during short work trip to Brisbane. Will definitely come back on my next trip.

  I've been practising Bikram yoga for over 10 yrs. The founder of this studio has a dictatorial style of teaching. I was pushed to put myself at high risk of injury to my neck. I have very dry hands and feet and putting a towel between my hands and feet makes my grip slippery. This makes it very dangerous for my neck when I do the rabbit pose with a towel over my feet. Ben, the instructor, insisted 3 times during the class that I either use my mat or towel over my feet. He even left the studio classroom to grab me a dry towel which made my grip even more slippery. I let him know that it is slippery and put the towel aside. After that he still insisted during the class that I bring and use a towel at the next class. I felt antagonised during the class and had to leave the room. His response to me afterwards when I expressed my frustration and the high risk of injury to my neck was "We have a standard way of practising yoga here that every student must adhere to. If you don't want to practice that way, you can practice elsewhere." He is asking me to put myself at risk, even after I explained the reasons to him. His response was not mindful and is dangerous. If you have an injury or individual need to practice bikram yoga in a safe way, find another studio
