  The staff are very friendly, but unfortunately everytime I've gone here they don't have what I want in stock. Happened with an OLED TV and an Robovac. The prices are generally slightly lower to their credit.

  Don't buy from here. Our product was dead on arrival- returned it- didn't get delivery refunded and had to wait 2 weeks for manufacturer to refund because bing lee wouldn't. We didn't buy from the manufacturere- we bought from bing lee, so bing lee should have refunded. Feel like we were doing all the leg work anyway so next time we'll just buy online.

  Was there 10 minutes looking for help as the guys working were just talking to each other at the front desk. Finally a guy came from the back and helped me out.
