overpriced and poor quality. I live in the area and I have never written a review in my life. I have been to this baker a few times and i'm continuously disappointed. Today was the final straw. We purchased hot cross buns this morning for our office morning tea and when I opened them they were rock hard and stale. Obviously they were not made fresh, however for the price, this is unacceptable as they were inedible. If you are looking for good bakery products go to Flour at the Standard Market company (Brickworks) or Horners bakery (Sorrento Shops).

Looks can be done decieving. This place looks fabulous and the staff are lovely but it is unacceptable to send 1 dish and wait 30 minutes for the other 2 dishes when 3 people go out to breakfast together. Chef was asked twice to cook our food as it had clearly been missed and the food was cold when it came out? Does not make sense. Coffees took at least 20 mins to come to the table and again, 2 coffees came out together and the next one 10 minutes after that. Don’t bother coming here until they have sorted themselves out. What a mess!

Coffee was great but the muffin wasn't worth $7 (it was OK but nothing special). The French Vanilla slice was also OK but also not worth $7. Wooden chairs were designed for five foot gorillas (too low and too wide) and also had a unusual back design with a protruding curved piece of wood that seemed to perfectly connect with ones elbow just when you weren't expecting it. Will be trying another coffee shop next time.
