  Just what Adelaide needs! A true Wellness centre! From the moment you enter Bliss Central there is a feeling that you are relaxed and being held in a healing space. There are so many different types of services offered and from my experience, the practitioners are professional, kind and very effective. Do yourself a favour and check it out! (oh, and there is a beautiful organic cafe underneath... perfect)

  A new holistic centre, which is an oasis in the centre of the City for people to come to and relax and rejuvenate. It has a range of classes that can be taken from Yoga, to Tai Chi, to Pilates. There are also a range of practitioners that can cater to your every wellbeing need, including massage, Spiritual Healings to soothe the soul and Psychic / Clairvoyant readings. Pure Bliss in every sense of the word!!! Highly recommend!!

  A fabulous healing collective where many different practitioners work their spiritual gifts to heal and help people holistically. Yoga, pilates, meditation, readers, holistic healers, counsellors and coaches are just some of the modalities offered. When combined with the amazing light filled workshop space its a wonderful new initiative for Adelaide.
