    A boutique cycle, athletic yoga and body strong studio. If you are looking for a competitive edge that complements your recreational sporting needs Blue Athletic is the right place for you. I personally enjoy my Sunday afternoon recovery yoga sessions, conplimented by floor to ceiling glass windows that look out onto to a tranquil garden. I have never felt some of the muscles that body strong gets sore and cycle classes will push you to a whole other level. All greeted with a smiling face.

    Great atmosphere, great instructors, and the best technology for the cycle classes than I've seen anywhere in the Illawarra. I used to do RPM elsewhere but I won't go back, so easy to track detailed progress. Great for overall fitness or supplementary training.

    I have absolutely fallen in love with Blue Athletic and I would highly recommend it to anyone! From the friendly caring staff that are always willing to help, to the amazing clean facilities. But most importantly, it’s a positive, motivating and inspiring environment that continues to challenge me every day.

    I found riding to the Giro d’Italia stage footage was amazing and very motivating. I don’t have to close my eyes and imagine my place in the lead pack anymore, I get to see it all unfolding before my eyes!!! Combining the video with your stats and the combination of surges and recoveries was very engaging. It’s great to see Blue Athletic mixing it up and keeping things interesting. I am sure lots of the regulars and new comers will enjoy it as much as I did. I look forward to the rest of August as the Giro unfolds.

    I love BA, all of the trainers are fantastic and so friendly. You can really challenge yourself with the cycling and body strong sessions and then hop into yoga to compliment your training 👍
