  I am thrilled with the standard of cleaning of my car. The 2 men were friendly and polite. Thank you too, for the free coffee voucher which i used while i waited for my car. Great work, thank you.

  worst service,poor trained staff on site , have to show them what they have left and I am talking about major left . the staff was in rush as was closing . must not agree to wash if they are tired or closing early . charge 95 $ but the service was of not even 20 $ . when raised the issue, they threaten to call police . they will charge you more what they offer , I wish I got give them a minus star .

  Was very disappointed with the service received for the $150 star deluxe. I had to point out various areas in the interior that had not been cleaned properly. When it was pointed out that the carpet in the boot was not clean the response was that the bits were ‘stuck’ in the carpet and that “we do not have any special equipment, just ordinary vacuums”. None of the interior black elements had been treated. But worst of all was scratches left on the boot that were not there when the car was dropped off. The response was basically that they had done nothing and that they must have been there already because “they were washing many cars and why would mine be the only one with scratches?”........ well without inspecting the other cars I don’t know that it was the only one. When it was suggested that they polish them out they said that this service doesn’t include a hand polish, just spray polish......... oh really? When I got home and checked the voucher it says (direct quote) “Star deluxe interior & exterior wash and wax HAND POLISH for a sedan”........... dishonest and poor service, never again.

  I bought a voucher for the mini detail for a Jeep Wrangler and I am so happy with the job these guys have done - highly recommended - I would definitely use them again - thank you! Jeep looks fabulous .

  Had a Pre-sale detail completed on my 4x4. Very impressed with the finished product, looked like I had just picked it up from the dealership again. Highly recommend.
