  Booked my car in for wheel alignment, got turned away by rude sales assistant, won't be going back with any of my company vehicles, wasted valuable work time and $$$'s, No star !

  Our car's wheel (or tire?) was making perniciously squeaky sounds. We were going back to Sydney and we couldn't have risked this dangerous, if not potentially deadly, impending incident. So we wanted a check up ASAP. We parked near the workshop and walked into the shop (perhaps that wasn't appropriate, but we were distressed and confused). We didn't say anything or want to interrupt anybody. I thought it was more respectful to just wait in the garage for somebody to be like "can we help you?". But the workers snubbed us. We thought we were 'saved' when a worker in a broken leg cast came to 'aid' us, but he first had to tell us to get out of the workshop. Afterwards, I don't know if this is standard procedure, he used a barricade tape to keep us out. Very disrespectful - It's like we were treated like a security threat. Okay, that wasn't the brunt of it. He said "I'll get back to you". But alas, he didn't. He completely ignored us and forgot that we were even here. Thank you. Such excellent customer service. Furthermore, we are aliens in this area as we're from Sydney and we've never visited any Bob Jane T Marts chains anyway. So naturally, we will act rather 'out of place' and stuck out as 'fish out of water' in these circumstances. They should've seen this. But they were, instead, insouciant and apathetic about our safety and circumstance.

  I visited this place yesterday to get a new set of 4 all terrain tyres. They were out of stock for my tyre sizes and would need to order them in. Obviously when your looking for a new set of tyres you want the best tyres for the best price. Whilst speaking to the The guy in the office i was also checking online with my phone at other places to see what prices they are offering. I also asked can the price of the tyres be negotiated as they were more expensive than other retailers. They guy told me its rude to also be looking at my phone and seemed quite aggressive in the tone of his voice and demanded i show him the phone so he could see what i was looking at. This obviously shocked me and i also found it quite upsetting as i had been polite the whole time. I informed him im on the lookout for the best price and to forget it il go elsewhere then walked out. Not the best experience and i certainly wont be going back, neither will any of my family or freinds. I have since bought a set of 4 pirelli atr tyres elswhere that gave good customer service. Bob jane head office should step in here as this is totally unacceptable. And the guy im talking about is the one on the crutches, stay clear of him.

  Great service. Great pricing. Great location as easy to walk around shops while your waiting.
