::rude staff, below average customer service. They dont have any regular customers except for teh innocent people who are buying their deals from groupon. Please dont waste your money. There are far better deals on groupon and far better beauty studios in Perth. For every question you will get two answers, "Cmon this is common sense" or "you ask too many questions" I have never seen such rude and intimidating staff before. i doubt if they are qualified or certified for this. There is no computerized billing system. They don't provide any proof that you got the treatment done with them. I regret I chose them. It is a waste of money and time even on a deal.
