  I waited 1.5 hours to be seen by a doctor for not even 30 seconds to view results/report of an urgent ultrasound. Basically the report was opened in front of me and he read what the report had written. Did not explain what the consequences were, what I needed to further or any future/further actions required. I ended up leaving with report in the hope to see another doctor elsewhere.

  Worst medical centre ever. I usually go to the other medical centre down the road from this place, but needed to see a doctor ASAP as I had difficulty speaking and breathing due to laryngitis, and they were the only place open in bondi junction. I went in on a Sunday night and the rude receptionist snatched my Medicare card from me to tell me there is 1 doctor working with 10 patients in front of me. Understaffed, disorganised and generally the quality of doctor here is quite pathetic. Wouldn’t reccomend to my worst enemy.

  I see a specific doctor here who is terrific, but outside of that, the biggest distraction is the blasted TV they have all the time. They would do better to chill people out with chilled music going, not dumb shows on stupid channels. Why on earth would I want to listen to TV at 8 in the morning when what I really want is peace and care? Can you PLEASE lose the TV and just play SBS Chill or something? I just want to scream! :(

  For simple issues I go here. Be prepared to wait but you c an ask how long the queue is and go shopping at Westfields so two birds. You do sometimes get unhappy doctors but it’s a Medicare paid medical centre. They don’t take bookings and are open early and closed late. Pharmacy is on premises too

  I would like to address Fernando Valencia is a wonderful physiotherapist, he always managed to fix my back and neck every time needed. With this professional everything is excellent. But unfortunately I have to give a negative score regarding the attention given to patients from receptionist, although I only can speak from myself, it is something the centre should revise and give instructions to treat patients as they are and not judge or give a rude feedback only because someone has to reschedule/cancel.
