  Very poor service. I ordered an item in mid October 2017. I have messaged him multiple times and the item still isn't in (and it's now April 2018). He advised me it's a problem with the supplier and they haven't packed it when shipping. Why would it take so long and why isn't he following up. I went in about 3 weeks ago and asked for 2 other items to be ordered, he said they are normal sick and would have them in around a week from when I went in. He said he would call me and confirmed my phone number again. I still haven't heard from him. I hear rumours this place is going broke and from the terrible service I have experienced, I'm not surprised at all. I really hope they can pick up and improve the service as it used to be the only place to go to get quality horse tack. Now it seems it's the place to go if you want to waste your time.

  Not usually one to write reviews but hey, here's a fun story! Today I went into the Bonnett's store with the intention of buying a pair of women's Baxter boots in mahogany. Their website clearly states that they are fully stocked in every size and colour so I was hopeful that by the end of the shopping experience, I would have my boots! I was served by a young girl who seemed to know very little about the range of boots in general, and appeared distant and unfriendly. I myself was trying to help her out because I assumed maybe she wasn't too familiar with the boots specifically. When I asked to try on the style that I wanted she said that they only had one pair, in the wrong colour, and in a very small size. I remained positive and asked what other styles were similar. She pointed out one other style (which I am certain was a men's boot) and showed me the two pairs they had. Both were again in the wrong colour and were far too big. I remained hopeful still and asked when they were planning on having more boots in stock. She then told me that they were not getting anymore in stock but said I could order a pair, which seemed like a good idea. However when she went on to say that they would take a few MONTHS to arrive I decided that that idea was ridiculous as I need them asap. Walking out of the store I thanked the girl for some reason and went on to call the Mt Barker store, who were equally as hopeless, telling me that they didn't have any boots in that style at all. I am now having to buy the boots online, not certain what the right size is and how long they will take. Bonnett's Saddlery, you are a horse and rider shop, it only seem's reasonable that you would have a decent range of rider boots. Either update your website regularly, or please, stock up. This was a disappointing, unpleasant shopping experience.

  Great service today from Gary! Good advice and friendly.The coat"s a good bit of kit.Should outlast me.Highly recommend this store.
