  Enjoyed my experience yesterday. Unfortunately, they didn't have the books I was after but they offered to order them in and then went on to offer suggestions for other books I may like to read. (That's way more customer service than the other book store I tried!) They were real, relatable, kind, and even laughed at my lame jokes. Loving the new book! Thanks to the two ladies, who were there, for the great experience! X

  Lovely book shop but terrible customer service. Sales person with dark hair seriously needs some training in politeness and serving people with a smile. There was no "please", no "thank you" and when I asked for a receipt she snapped in an aggressive tone that the receipt was already in the book and then walked off with her sour face from the counter. How about saying it nicely and with some gratitude since I've just spent money on a book that I could have easily purchased onlinr at a lower price? Poor communication skills and terrible manners. In retrospect I should have demanded a refund immediately on the basis of the rudeness since I don't believe in spending money in a shop where staff have the wrong attitude. Will not shop here again.
