  Zero customer service; shame on you. Train your staff or hire experienced staff. Lack common courtesy, forget about helping us with size - and no it wasn’t busy.

  Worst customer experience. I asked staff to email me the receipt and response was may be next time. Also i asked if they could check for fresh piece and he said he did and this is a fresh piece. I bought the same bag from chadstone store and it was still the same display piece.

  Have shopped at Boas for many years and now do so exclusively online. The staff at the Collins St store confuse the concept of an exclusive shipping experience with a snobbish and unhelpful approach. After a 3 year absence from the store today I decided to give them a try this morning. My wife and I spent 15 minutes in the store today workout even being welcomed or being provided am offer for help in what we were looking for. There was not another sole in the shop and two young disinterested arrogant staff. We ended up spending our money elsewhere. There is a need for a serious culture overhaul at this store. Avoid and take your money elsewhere.

  Located in Collins Street it's always a pleasure to step inside a Hugo Boss Store. Menswear is located upstairs and they have a great range of causal and formal wear including everything from business suits to causal shoes. Interestingly I was unable to obtain a business card on my last visit and was handed details on a Post-it note. Looks like some work is still required.

  As you'd expect from the flagship Collins Street store, they boast the full range of attire and accessories. I've been on two occasions now, and have found the service to be consistently excellent. One one occasion the alterations did take a little longer than I would have liked. But overall very impressed.
