  Was here at night for a stargazing event so didn't see the gardens that much but it was a beautiful place quite close to town and easily accessible

  Not a big Botanic Garden, but very well presented, with lots of quiet spots to sit and enjoy the scenery. Also lots of areas to have a picnic lunch. The gardens are split up into several themed areas, Japanese Garden, New Zealand plants, Water Garden, open grassy areas, and more.
