  Tien Nguyen has been extremely accommodating helping me to secure a beautiful home to rent. I was still living in Queensland in the process of relocating so was not able to view myself, he allowed a representative to view on my behalf whilst doing a live virtual tour using our mobile phones. All concerns I had were addressed to my satisfaction. I feel extremely lucky and satisfied knowing I have a lovely place to call home when I arrive in Perth in a weeks time.

  I chose Box Property Management mostly because of the reviews I read about them - everything positive, on time, efficient and great communication both verbally and online. Well all of this was true for my first investment property that I have just had rented. Can recommend to you with confidence these guys for your Property Management Team. So far, so good!!

  I highly recommend this real estate agency to investors with rentals in perth, especially if you now live overseas or interstate. I’ve got several investments now managed by this team and am very impressed with how well they keep me updated. They send me detailed photos of each routine inspection which is gray because I can see how well my investments are being looked after by tenants. Very prompt on emails and WhatsApp even with the time difference with Germany.

  It has been 4 months now, Tien & co has been very diligent and responsive in his service. Their professionalism extends not only while dealing with me but also to my tenants. They excel both from the rental management side as well as the technical property maintenance aspects. I find their recommendations balanced and well researched.
