  Popped in the shop while at work for an urgent tire replacement before Good Friday. Was pretty stressed out because I was going to drive to Newcastle after work. The staff were really helpful, courteous and very quick as I explained my boss only gave me the lunch break to get my stuff sorted. Big thank you to you guys.

  I had the best experience with the Annandale team. I dropped my car off, the friendly team were very busy but managed to get the tyre repaired in less than the hour predicted and phoned me as soon as it was ready. I was surprised at how cheap the repair cost and later noticed, my tyres were all topped up with air and cleaned.Thank you, it was worth driving from the Eastern Suburbs to you for such good, honest customer service.

  I had a run-in with a nail that blew out one of the sidewalls on my Volkswagen Polo. Called up first thing in the morning and young Michael there answered the phone. He told me that they didn't have the tire in stock but could have it in house by about lunchtime. As promised Michael called me up at about 12pm and within about 20 minutes the tire was replaced. Happier still as the price was significantly less than i was quoted from a neighboring store. They'll be getting my business when it comes time to replace all 4. Keep up the good work!
