::I have just had a very difficult experience. I was attended by “Alex” (Not the owner Eddy) who arrived 15 minutes late, and after a long period of faffing, started the job after 40 minutes. I had only allowed 1.5 hours for the cleaning of a 3 sweater couch and mattress. When I raised this issue with Alex he rushed the couch (despite me saying not to worry about the mattress). $200 down and I still have a couch with sweat stains and a lightly soiled mattress that remains lightly soiled. 2 calls to Eddy and numerous texts, and not a single reply.

::Great service - quick, friendly and affordable. They managed to clean my couches on the same day I rang them. Alex was extremely polite and efficient. He explained everything he was doing and what I should do to look after my couch. He even came back the next day to check on something I queried and didn’t leave until I was satisfied. Probably something he didn’t need to do. I will definitely use Brilliance cleaning again. Thanks Alex and team.

::I called up at 8am this morning and they were able to come out today to do it. Alex came out and was very professional and polite. The carpets look amazing and he did it very quickly too. He also didn't mind answering a few questions I asked about his machine either. Will definitely use them again!
