  Shocking Experience Robot Scripted Sales Guy. I asked to Test Drive The New Eclipse I am a Genuine buyer comparing two cars. Soon as I mentioned that ( I wanted to be honest) he was all of a Sudden busy and asked me to Re appoint.I Declined and left immediately. I will go to another Non scripted Non Robotic dealership hopefully still some around 🤔 Who is Not Intending to CLOSE ME ON THE SPOT. We are in 2018 not 1990 Guys 🤣

  Bought brand new, was rushed to take the money on day of pickup. Vehicle was not showcase clean. Vehicle had been valued at a ridiculous amount to add that they were giving a huge discount. Sales person could not give me direct answers & never checked with manager to answer questions they were unsure of. Disappointed that issues questions & concerns were not answered but beaten around.

  Stay clear from these guys. At least from their service department as they do not communicate with you. On Friday we took in our car for another recall service. We were told the car was going to be ready by 1pm. This changed to 4pm however at 4pm we tried calling the service department multiple times without success. On Saturday morning we tried calling again both the sales as well as the service area but no one answered our calls or returned our messages. We then decided to just go in and get our car. The sales team is present but they have no idea what - if anything - has been serviced to our car. They said we should come back on Monday. A sales team member tried to help out a bit but if this is sign of the service you can expect after buying a car from them, I would use this experience as a warning.

  Required a road worthy for my 2014 vehicle. Roadworthy failed due to a minor crack, about 6mm long, in the windscreen. Was told for it to pass I would need a replacement windscreen at $360. I went straight to another roadworthy inspector and asked if my windscreen would pass, and he informed me that the crack was not large and was not in the field of vision, therefore it will pass. Paid $990 for Mitsubishi Bowen Hills to undertake a service and roadworthy and yet they still tried a money grab. Definitely would not recommend this company.
