::Negative One star....... My brother was attacked and mugged in Sydney. We called the police who were useless (Racist). I emailed all correspondence to the police whilst keeping the Consultant aware of my communication with them. They could see how unprofessional the police were in their email replies and trails. They said they would help and talk to the police but did nothing the consultant is there as a name but is incompetent and cannot provide any service.

::I think the lady i spoke to was American or Canadian- she was rude and unhelpful. Very passive aggressive and interrupted me whilst i was speaking. Pretty much refused to try and find way to help- referred to other websites exactly the way that the automated messages do. Also, half the time the line rings out and does not connect to automated service so you cannot be put through to speak to somebody and when you do get through to the automated service; often the options take you to a dead end and you have to call back and try again! Ridiculously infuriating and unhelpful. They've obviously had a change of management since the first few positive reviews! I wouldn't waste your time looking for help through these guys, unless you like speaking to rude unhelpful people. I went through the British consulate for a passport emergency last year and the lady i spoke to was wonderful. Not this one.

::he lady at the consulate in Sydney was unnecessarily rude and abrupt when I called… I told her as much and she said “thank you for the constructive criticism but I can't help the way I talk."
