  On call with Betta Health...wait time 40 minutes.. this is pathetic. How can they run a medical center when they cannot even answer the phone....terrible.

  very uncaring staff, i had an appointment that i paid 80 dollars for that was less than a minute long. i went in said 'i think i have this wrong with me' and the doctor was already printing out a prescription before i'd even finished detailing the symptoms. Seriously just go somewhere else.

  Rudest reception staff, might want to be taught some basic customer service skills. I get anxious every time I have an appointment because of how rude they are, I feel very unwelcome. Very long waiting times too but that’s expected at a bulk-billing clinic.

  Worst ever place to be. Refused to be seen by a doctor when we came in for urgent care. I will never recommend to anyone. My partner almost died of meningococcal disease as a result of their negligence and duty of care. Should be shut down!

  I have the best care here by my Doctor, desk girls and nurses..All very helpful. The only thing wrong is every time they say to hang on on the phone it cuts off. Maybe this is my phone. Have been going for ages and the Chemist right next door is sick and handy. Many thanks Betta.
