::The space itself is very nice, and the staff were friendly, but it does seem to be an expensive vet. I got a quote for a standard vaccination for my cat and it was significantly higher than the 3 other vets I sought quotes from. They were also the only vet that wanted to charge a consult fee ($70) on top of the vaccination fee, where the other vets included the consult in the price quoted for the vaccination. I also bought some cat food here that was double the price I have paid elsewhere for the same brand (the price was not listed on the shelf), and they tried to push an overblown pet insurance scheme at me. Overall, I am not choosing this vet as my go to, as it seems like they are all about charging as much as they can for everything. I would look elsewhere! Many of the other vets I looked into have great reviews about the quality of the care they provide, without the overblown prices.

::Great vet. The nurses always get back to you promptly. The vets are great with my cat. they have separate areas in the waiting room for cats and dogs so my cat doesn't get too spooked. Really thoughtful

::They’re some great vets & friendly staff. Be prepared to wait for your allocated time. They are always running behind. Iv been waiting several times 30 minuets +.

::Good, caring, and quality service. I appreciate the proactive care of the Best for Pets program. There were a couple of issues with communication about test results (not getting a follow up call as promised then getting multiple confusing follow up calls due to case notes missing). However once we were working with Dr Liz we received the best service we could have asked for - Liz was kind and supportive to us as owners as we made hard decisions and was caring and invested in the best outcomes for our cherished little old lady cat.
