::I have only recently found out about this gym after being recommended to see Luke Shakespeare (remedial massage therapist) by many of my friends who are body builders / athletes. As someone who has had many debilitating injuries over the last decade of hard training, i have spent thousands of dollars trying to find someone able to help rehabilitate me. Earlier this year i had a bad accident where my kneecap was severed and i have been dreading going back to the gym. Luke has a passion for healing injuries and his confidence in my being able to reach my previous level has led me to entrust my recovery in his hands. After employing his plethora of skills over the last month, we began going through some movements in Buddy's gym. The gym floor is well equipped, secluded, in the cbd and has a great view of the city. Definitely recommend this place and the trainers as well.

::Be warned - Avoid this place. The owner Joel does not like to turn off direct debits. The trainer confirmed that the owner basically never gives a sh**. Finally once the direct debit was turned off you'd think he'd refund the monthly fee for the unused months.. no, good luck with that. The trainer ended up messaging me and said "sorry dude". No refund was received and it's not even the money it's the principal of it and lack of customer care/respect.
