  I arrived at the office at 12 noon and was greeted by friendly, approachable and helpful staff. The dropping off process was smooth and hassle free. Free shuttle transport service to Adelaide airport was provided and my driver was Sarah. She introduced activities and recommended a few places of interest to me. I was overwhelmed by her hospitality and friendliness. Despite the short 10 minutes drive from the office to the airport, she made me feel comfortable during the ride and definitely deserves a commendation for her services. Thank you Sarah! 👍🏻

  First and last time I'll be using this service. While I admit I didnt refuel the car to full, It was 3/4 full. Customer service woman needs to learn the meaning of it. Doesnt seem to understand the ' I put my last 20 dollars in. Instead of being accomodating she underwent a long drawn out conversation with the manager. And then eventually said that she will bill me and put accounts in touch with me. She also stated that the car has to go out...but said to the manager - tomorrow morning. I travel back to Adelaide alot and was going to use this car company for the many times a year I come back. But their inability to bend and accommodate has forced me to reconsider and go back to the company used before.
