  I was dropped at the wrong rental company in Geelong, they came and picked me up on a Sunday, they then upgraded me to a bigger car. Price was good excellent service.

  Absolutely appauled with the customer service. Hired a kia van, once budget knew we were driving to qld in it they demanded $2000 upfront and changed the vehicle on us. Extremely rude in hope we would cancel our booking and save their assets the km. Dont own a hire company if you arent prepared to hire to EVERYBODY

  Over priced. needed a van urgently , so just drive pass budget. But end up cost me 3 times more then Hertz. The truck in budget is $99/day and 100km limit. Which Hertz is only 50 something with 150km limit when I looked it up online later. And when I mentioned it to the staff, I have been rudely told to use other car rental company. So yeah, not going back there again. So if you looking at renting the car from them, you have better option some where else.

  We had a few hours to fill in so we called Budget to rent a car to tour around Geelong we hire the last small sedan in the yard..and had to return it before close...staff are friendly and willing to help....we had a great day and returned car on time...Happy to recommend.
