  We love Bunnungs Alexandria and I'm only slightly ashamed to say it is one of our favourite places. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is always well stocked. But at tonight's Easter FREE Family Fun Night you have outdone yourselves. Thanks to all involved!!!!

  I love this place too much and come here too often. Everything from layout, size, customer service and prices are great. It is like a big man cave with thousands of goodies. Bought a vacuum cleaner here once but lost the receipt, luckily I paid by card and they were able to track the purchase and offer me a full exchange. Excellent customer service and store.

  The staff are amazing! I purchased a vacuum and a few other things a few months ago and lost the receipt. Unfortunately (through no fault of the store) the vacuum is no longer working and still under warranty. A quick phone call and they have managed to track down the receipt and emailed me a copy! Customer service like this is what keeps bringing me back. Thank team.

  This afternoon I went to the Bunnings store in Alexandria to buy potting mix and other items. I was a little worried, being old and no longer strong enough to lift the 25 kg bags of soil and other items. Little did I know what wonderful staff Bunnings employ! I must say, all the staff in the garden center were just so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, put all my voluminous shopping into the boot of my car - and with a smile. Thank you, guys, you made my shopping so much easier.

  Very large store, even by the normal Bunnings' standard, with an excellent range of products over two floors. The place is vast, but they have sufficient staff on duty, in their distinctive red shirts, that help is always on hand. Large car parking area, toilets, help desk and returns counter, home delivery, children's area with colouring books and the like (near the gardening section) and, of course, the famous Bunnings' sausage sizzle.
