Worst place ever! Took my wife to pick out some kitchen appliances today and pick some flooring for our house to come out to a parking fine for staying there for over 2 hours shopping in there carpark!! No signage except on a small notice board at the front in fine print! Bloody joke!

Compared to say Moorabbin or Altona, this is one of the smaller Bunnings outlets but it does have a good selection of hardware store and nursery supplies with everything well organised and under the one roof. It also has a small cafe and an adjacent kids playing area as well as plenty of parking for both cars and bicycles. The trailers and utes available for hire are great specially the ute for when you have larger or longer loads such as timber or plumbing. The D.I.Y. workshops are another great feature. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable although sometimes they're hard to locate when you need assistance so I find it's best to do your homework online and if possible, work out what isles your items are in before getting to the store.

Omar was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were looked after.

Had a lovely visit today Sunday 18/02. Must say how wonderfully friendly the cafe staff was, the lady on made excellent coffee and just had the best customer service. Really reminded me how much I love Pt Melb Bunnings. Really great experience.

Like all Bunnings stores, a good range of Hardware at reasonable prices. There is however, a distinct lack of staff, either to help you find something, or even to pay when you have found what you need. They do have self checkouts, but whenever I visit, they are chained off and no usable.
