  I went there last week to claim with a Pathology invoice The staff name " Rahul, He said how long have u used the bupa for over1 year? I said probably yes, He said are u sure?and checked amy bupa then it was less 1 year and He said if u not used it for over 1 year, u need to bring doctor certificate all the time, then I said never heared that before when i visited other stores..And they did proceed it well. But He checked again all my bupa history He was doing like i am a liar then he is right,.. its kind of been insulted me and felt like really looking down me As a result, it took 30mins to checked my bupa history, to prove it himself And never proceed it So I had to visit other store and they never asked it then proceed it straight away... Thank u for the worst service in my life during the bupa , if I can give less 1 star, Iam sure I do..

  Disappointing!! Would give a negative star if possible, stay away from an "Edward", had no knowledge on which item numbers can be claimed and provided rebates. Processed 1 claim for me and then reversed it back to zero! After a 45 minute wait, took my papers and sent them to head office in Brisbane as he was confused constantly seeking help from other colleagues who were all busy themselves. BUPA please evaluate the skills of your employees so you can train them on 1) Doing their job 2)Customer Service

  Long story though I joined bupa here. After I cancelled my policy in October, I was told to receive the refund in 7-10 business days. Now it is December. I will probably choose other provider in further if necessary.
