  Called twice this morning and spent over 15mins each time trying to get a hold of someone in the Service / Parts department. Will be going to another Honda dealer that can actually answer their phones.

  Took my Honda there for them to see why my side window fell inside door. They told me I had to buy a brand new window with motor for $900 dollars. I then drove to obrien to have them take a look and they said all that had to be done was for the window to be put back into the brackets holding it. He also said that whoever looked at it at Burswood Honda didn't even open the door up to have a look. Will never go there ever again for my hondas. Stay away if you know what's good for you. Went there recently to buy some products and staff were rude as before. If only I could rate it 0/5
