  I walk past this pharmacy on my way to work, and often call in for scripts or other random items. I felt compelled to write a review, as they are always bright and bubbly when I walk in, since about my second visit I am always welcomed by name. Staff very knowledgeable and show great care and concern for my needs. Credit where credit is due. Big thumbs up to all the staff. And they always have what I need too!👍👍👍

  Very friendly and non-judgmental staff help to make this smaller independent pharmacy a place I consistently return to. Whether it be advice on over the counter medicine or help with prescriptions, Busy Bee always goes above and beyond in making sure my customer experience is quick and easy. Very much prefer the intimacy of an independent place like this over other cold, corporate chain chemists.

  I had the worst shop experience in this chemist. I guess that is why it is always empty. I went in to buy a product and I was followed everywhere. I felt my space was invaded. Whilst one Asian girl was constantly on her cell phone behind the counter, the other one was sucking up her milkshake just following people around. The pharmacist women was horrible to deal with. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. I would never ever step back into that pharmacy again!!!! I would not recommend it to my friends and family. They are a nightmare. Because they experience a lot of theft issues, why make everyone else pay for it. Worst experience ever. Completely lack customer service skills. I would strongly suggest that you choose a more subtle approach otherwise I envisage that your shop will be closed within six months due to a huge loss in PROFIT☹️☹️☹️☹️

  I received the most wonderful service! Friendly and helpful. This is why you don't go to those chain chemist Warehouses. The service just Compare.
