  Got served today by a woman named "emily" whos poor customer service really made me regret my purchase. No smile and a lack of enthusiasm on her behalf made it clear she did not care about me or the standard of service I have recieved from previous BWS shops.

  Really poor customer service skills, little to know appreciation and consideration of others which in my opinion is absolutely unprofessional and distasteful. I will never purchase from let alone visit this bws again purely due to the staff and their attitude.
