  This place needs a huge makeover! Our room gave the impression that it hadn't been renovated since the place had been built last century!! It's a good walk to the centre where the restaurants are which is good. Overall, it needs some attention!

  CAUTION. LINEN NOT CLEAN! AMONG OTHER THINGS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in my entire life. I am a travelling salesman. I was attracted by the cheap room ($80) but I would have rather slept in my car not joking. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was there was several items missing from the minibar. Who is going to pay for that? Not me! Second and most importantly there is no quilts on the bed, only sheets, when I pulled back the sheets I found a great big long black hair and what looked like women’s foundation. There was lipstick on the pillows and if the linen were cleaned this would have not been the case. The bins had been used as the liners had not been changed the moment I arrived there was only 1 towel of which was like a kids size, the microwave did not work, the curtains are stained, the cabinetry is swelling, the ENTRIE PLACE SMELLS MUSTY AND DAMP this would partly be due to there’s no fan in the bathroom. THE SHOWER. There was already used soap in the holder, I did not have a shower, and this is because it is either hot or cold, there is no warm. I have stayed at better $5 accommodation in India! Like I said avoid this place at all costs as it’s not even worth $40 a night in my opinion, I have stayed in some bad but this one absolutely takes the cake. It is downright disgusting and there are plenty of motels in the area, and all of them have vacancies, so just try somewhere else.

  Location not too bad but still a bit far from city center 15-20min walk to the Esplanade. No complimentary water. Says no smoking on the rooms but guest next door was smoking and can hear their TV at night time Curtains need to be replacement

  Great value for money. Very accommodating staff allowing me to check in 5 hours early after an all night bus trip. Nothing seemed to much trouble. Thank you and I will be staying again next time I'm in town.
