  Settle down children, while I tell you a story ... A long time ago, the good people of Geelong yearned. They had a desire, a dream, a hope. The good people of Geelong had a craving. For in the heart of their fair city, dark and sad and lonely, was a cavity. The citizens ached with the greatest of wants. 'Let us eat cake!' They cried. And lo! Cakesmith did answer their prayers! All around were tidings of joy, for Geelong's hungry mouths were now filled with the sweetest of pleasures, the rarest of jewels: CAKE Rejoice children, for salvation is at hand, and well worth the journey!

  These beautiful cakes give me goosebumps!! So happy to have found this lovely hole in the wall down an unsuspecting alleyway. I would travel far and wide for such delicious, thoughtful and pretty delights, Cakesmith you rock!!

  Located in a little hole in the wall style shop front between Little Ryrie St. and Ryrie St. is the Cakesmith... an absolute jewel of Geelong. Their small but focused selection of cakes are a taste sensation and visually are just mind blowing. You can really see on display their quality choice of ingredients and perfect execution of technique which only comes with years of dedication. I recommend any sweet tooth a visit to this little shop of joy!

  Emily's attention to detail is extraordinary! I have had the pleasure of receiving a Cakesmith cake for my birthday, and have also stopped by her shop window to purchase sweet treats. I have had no reservations in referring business to Cakesmith, as the quality of her workmanship is second to none.

  My partner brought me a cake for my birthday from cake smith (I’m not much of a sweets type of person but we both agree that they are beautiful) and we were not disappointed, every layer had it’s own distinctive flavour but it all came together wonderfully. We will be using cakesmith for all of our events! The only problem I have is trying to get a cake before they sell out because of my new found sweet tooth! Good service, amazing product, will always recommend ++
