  This place is absolutely beautiful the customer service was outstanding, prices were to suit ALL budgets it is by far the nicest bridal shop in Newcastle (we went to them all)

  I had the best experience here! The two women that helped me were absolutely phenomenal. So creative! They took a beautiful dress that wasn't quite me and turned it into something I would have very happily worn by showing me what it could look like with little sleeves and a veil. Seriously amazing!!! It was such a special experience. Some little girls at the front door even gushed at it as they walked past. Can't thank you enough.

  I got bridesmaid m dresses through them and hired my husbands suit and groomsmen suits aswell. Was told I could have one suit (light grey) and when I got there she'd changed her mind and was only going to give me one other colour (dark charcoal colour) Suits were late and the grooms best was too small (after they had measured the boys) and ordered one to fit and it was too big (XL with the sides taken in) looked shocking. Bridesmaid dresses were ment to be in by the end of June 2017. Didn't receive the dresses until the second week of August 2017. they constantly were telling me "it's not our responsibility to ensure the dresses arrive before a certain date." After they had told me numerous times that they would be in by June. Would not recommend going there to hire a bow tie! Stay away, rude and terrible service.

  Wish I could give zero stars!! My dress arrived a week and a half before the wedding (November 4th) when it was meant to be here in July and it was nothing like the dress I ordered the one I got was like a cheap version of what I wanted the issues were: The wrong colour The sleeves looked like cheap lacy bra straps It had a hole in the front of it on the top layer The whole skirt was not what I ordered I didn't order a train and it had one like 2 meters long The lace was like a cheap version of what I saw in the shop I know this might seem nit picky but when you have to pay $2700 for a dress you'd want it to actually look like the one they sold you and arrive on time or at least with enough time to make alterations to fix issues We had to drive to Sydney twice to have fittings as it arrived so late we didn't have time for it to be shipped to Newcastle and back and when we originally ordered our dress they put our wedding date down as October 7th so as far as their records show I got my dress weeks after the wedding the bridesmaid dresses were meant to be here in September and were here the day before the wedding at 11am after I told them time and again we would have left for the venue by 9am none of them fit correctly even though each girl paid extra for them to be fitted different sizes on the top and bottom so they would be a perfect fit all of them were meant to have hook and eyes on them and they had the hook but not the eye and the sashes were made with seam in the front of the dress which looked stupid Through this whole process we stayed calm and no one was rude to them as we were worried we wouldn't get our outfits until two days before the wedding when they had lied to us every basically two days since July there were some strong words from our camp. However since July they were rude, condescending and just straight up lied to us day in and day out for no apparent reason. Then two days after the wedding they demanded we pay a late fee for having hire suits back ONE day late FYI the suits also were terrible fits and they boys would have looked better in a cheaper lowes suit TL;DR honestly feels like calabro bridal are going out of their way to stress people out, be rude and incompetent -100/10 would NOT recommend

  Janine was absolutely amazing, she found a dress that would fit me, even though other stores simply told me they don't stock my size. She matched the colour I wanted, and knew i didn't want to buy today, yet treated me spectacularly, letting me know she could alter the dress any way i liked. Couldn't remcomend them enough
