::Fault at the pump meant I didn't get my Woolworths discount. Staff didn't give a damn & scoffed at me. Tried to lodge a complaint on the website, but it's broken. Absolutely pathetic excuse for customer care. Coles Express is only a block away.... bye bye Caltex, hello Coles Express.

::The petrol machine stopped. I was very busy but the staff only paid back rather than solving the problem. Evenmy petrol dopped om the floor because of the stop but I did not compensate it. What a awful service. I went to another perol shop to check whether my car was the cause or not, and I worked well. Seriously awful. I use there at least once a week but from now I will never use there again.
