  I am loyal customer of the petrol station. The service was ok before. But recently (about last a few months) the service is bad, especially the old guy. He seemed not happy and was very impatient. It was very annoying. I don’t want to go there anymore.

  Sorry guys, but having out of service sign on your compressed air doesn't cut it. In the time it takes to put that sign out you could have called someone to repair it. You are a service station and compressed air is something customers expect, along with petrol, diesel, oil and windscreen cleaning facilities.

  accept 4c fuel voucher but not accept woolies gift card. hidden credit card surcharge without reminder. rubbish! do not visit!

  This is very shame on Caltex Woolworth Subiaco having " Darren" . I feel very bad for company having person like Darren. I went to fill my car petrol tank in subiaco caltex 2:00AM and I started cleaning my car front windscreen as night bugs stick to it. Than Darren came out said you can't clean here it's private property than i asked him why? he replied you need to first buy something such as petrol candy gum etc. i asked him I am here to fill car tank first let me clean windscreen? He said, " No, if you do not go from here I will call police and my boss asked me not to allow anybody to clean their car here as it's raises boss expenses??" I was so shocked when he said like this. Than I told him call police now I will wait here. Than he went inside and kept going in and out. He was keep arguing with me for at least 10 Minutes. I wonder why subiaco caltex company keep water and squeeze there if you don't allow customer to clean car windscreen. he said in the end when i waited for police to come " don't come here again" ?? He is resist Lunatic pathetic poor man, mentally ill. He must be fired from company as He is bringing for company big loss because he is keep telling people not to come. NOW don't forget that I will keep going there and washing my car there and will tell my friends to wash car there until Darren fired from caltex. I won't buy anything from there but use Paper towel and squeeze to clean car. otherwise remove caltex from subiaco. Its for community use.

  Just been to this Caltex to clean my wind screen as I came from alkimos to Subiaco to drop my girlfriend. Just wanted to clean bugs from my wind screen than an employee named Darren appears and said you can't clean your window as you are not even our costumer and move on otherwise I will call police. I felt really bad and said mate I just wanna clean my window, I tried to take tissue from roll and he pushed me and said you are not buying anything so leave. I felt really disappointed, this is not how you treat people. Very poor behaviour and disgusting attitude. I asked him please call the police I will wait till they come than he went back. Will never ever go there no matter what, this guy Daren needs to get costumer service induction again.
