::I came to fill my car yesterday afternoon and there was a glitch with the petrol pump and both my and my car ended up covered in fuel. I let young woman serving me know and expected to be met with indifference or rudeness (as this is often the way with most businesses unfortunately) I was taken aback when I was proven wrong. She was lovely and apologized for the mishap and made sure I knew it wasn't my fault and I shouldn't feel silly. I really appreciated her empathy and the whole situation was handled extremely professionally. What would normally prompt me to make a complaint has been totally turned around by her demeanor and the excellent customer service provided. She is an asset to your company.
