::Perhaps the most frustrating shopping experience I have ever had! Their general knowledge of equipment is disgraceful to say the least, accompanied by their lack of enthusiasm when serving customers. When enquiring about Century Stands the gentlemen serving me made the following comment... "Century Stands, I haven't heard of that camera brand." BECAUSE IT'S NOT A CAMERA, surely if you are working within a camera warehouse you should know your products! I then followed up with another enquiry about Flash photography and whether they stocked Profoto B1's... "We have the Elinchrom kit perfect for flash photography!" Arrrrr did he just refer to studio lighting as a great source for flash photography which is solely done outside/ on location! I'm sorry but this experience has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Please Camera House rectify this situation, staff must understand what they are selling!!!! I don't recommend shopping here, I'll be shopping else where from now on!

::Yesterday I asked the shop guy to let me try Canon 6D and I could. Then I took my husband today and asked again but it was to a different guy and he didn't let us touch it at all. He was not friendly either. We don't feel like buying an expensive camera from them at all from now. Very disappointed.
