  They didn't do the wheel alignment and balance as requested. Instead, they let us walk around town for a few hrs. When we went to pick up the car we noticed they didn't do the balance. 15 mins later they called and said they had done it. What they did was put our wheels on wrong. We have directional tyres!!! They put the left on the right and vice versa. We drove for a mth and new something was wrong as the steering had way too much give in it. Went to a tyre place today and they said our wheels are on backwards. I called Jolly's. I even had the mechanic standing there with me just so he didn't think I was taking him for a ride. I said I just wanted a refund of $135 as this other tyre company was going to fix it. The manager or owner wasn't having it...... said he'd refund me $40. What a joke. Check out the arrow on my right side wheel!!! If this is who Your trusting your car with...Think twice!!! He even told me I should go to consumer affairs. Really?

  I can't speak highly enough of Tyrepower Canarvon. Our blown tyre 30 mins out of town at closing time on the weekend was not a problem. One phone call to them saw the recall of their fitter from home and the front staff waited for us to get there. On a hot day with two young kids and a trailer full of camping gear these guys were a lifesaver. The epitome of country service. Thank you again!
