  These guys were the 3rd company I got to quote. They arrived on time and we're cheaper than the other 2 companies. We decided to go ahead with these guys and we very happy we did. We can recommend them.

  Very bad experience with Carpet Call Bundall and their General Manager Zoran, who can't make a decision. They sell based on Lies. I went to purchase carpet and told the salesman at least 20 times i do not want carpet that tracks. He offered to bring me samples to my home, I agreed and insisted no tracking carpet. He assured me the carpet I chose from his samples would not track. Carpet was installed and the that day I noticed the tracking was terrible. I called the manager of Bundall store, Howard and was told to wait 6-8 weeks and it will calm down and be fine. So i waited and the carpet is the most horrible carpet I've had in any of the 20+ houses I have owned. I asked kindly for a replacement or refund and nothing, basically told too bad so sad. The salesman was an absolutely liar not to mention referring to me as "darling", bordering on sleazy. My recommendation is use Carpet Court, have had a much better experience with them on a few occasions.
