  My dealings with Cass Brothers has been great. Highly recommend these guys - down to earth, true to their word and super friendly and easy to deal with.

  The best I can describe this place as is an absolute rip off filled with shonks. Do not believe their "8 reasons to buy from us". I am yet to find a product they sell that you can't get a minimum of 10% cheaper elsewhere - including the likes of Harvey Norman. Customer service is lacklustre at best, and as soon as they have a deposit they couldn't care less. Recommendations for tile shops, plumbers, contractors and who ever else they are likely getting back handers from are not worth it. Completely lacking in professionalism. You wouldn't even recommend this place to people you hate. Oh and watch their "sale" items and dates. I'm honestly surprised the department of fair trading and the ACCC haven't investigated them for this deceptive practice.

  I haven't yet picked up my purchase but i just had to post a review about the wonderful service provided. Very attentive and helpful staff. And i was there during a very busy time on a Saturday.

  At first we went to the Petersham store to have a look at a few products and get some ideas. Was greeted by a lady as we walked in and asked if we needed help, i politely declined as we were just browsing. Whilst browsing the store was asked again if we needed help again politely declining and we were left alone to have a look around. I couldn't ask for more than that, we got to look around and knew that if we asked anyone they would help or find someone to do so.. I ended up ordering online through the Cass Brothers website which was really easy. There's a great range of top quality products available and what I ended up purchasing was on sale so it was cheaper than anywhere else.. Part of my order was a bath which I had forgotten to order a plug/waste outlet for. Luckily, I had a staff member call me the following day to check if I had already purchased one or forgotten it so I got them to add it to the order. Beyond that they contacted me once the order was ready to let me know when the delivery would be and made the delivery when they had promised.. Any time that I had to speak to the staff they were really helpful and I really couldn't have had a better experience. I will be recommending Cass Brothers to anyone I know is in need of products they sell.
